Ca'Poggiolo is a Tourist Lease that offers a room rental service under the following conditions.
1) CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Arrival and Departure are managed in Self-Check mode using an external key ring with code. Instructions on how to access will be provided in good time via Whatsapp or similar. Check-in is between 4.00pm and 8.00pm, check-out before 9.00am. Please agree with the Host the time of arrival and departure, within the time slots mentioned above. Leases from a minimum of 2 days (unless otherwise indicated) to a maximum of 4 weeks are permitted.
2) PARKING: Ca'Poggiolo does not have a private parking. It is possible to park in the common courtyard in front of the house for short loading and unloading operations. After that you can park for free in Piazza di Nebbiù (where the lower Church is) or its surroundings.
3) LINEN: Change of linen only at the end of the stay.

5) CLEANING: A cleaning service is included only at the end of the stay.
6) HEATING: Each radiator in the room is equipped with a wifi thermostatic valve with remote control. The radiators in the bathrooms have manual thermostatic valves that you can adjust to your liking.
7) OUTCOMES: Ca'Poggiolo is not responsible for energy, technological and public outages, if they depend on external factors that are beyond its control (National Electricity Service, Hera gas and water, TIM, Municipality of Pieve di Cadore, etc. .)
8) THE BATHROOMS: The bathroom on the ground floor is for the exclusive use of the room on the ground floor (Room 1). The bathroom on the first mezzanine is for the exclusive use of the bedroom on the first floor.
9) WASTE: All rooms and bathrooms are equipped with waste bins. According to the rules in force for separate waste collection, paper must be collected in the wastebasket in the room and cans/plastic/glass in the corresponding bathroom (or vice versa).
10) SNOW: The road leading to Ca' Poggiolo is kept passable by the public service snowplows.
11) TOURIST TAX: It is not included in the rental cost. As substitutes for the tax of the Municipality of Pieve di Cadore, at check-out we will ask you for the amount of €1,50 per person per night (up to a maximum of 5 nights); children under 14 are exempt.
12) DISABLED PEOPLE: The house is not equipped to accommodate disabled guests.
13) DAMAGES AND OTHER: Guests are liable for damage caused to the property and its contents. 14) SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE HOUSE
15) IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER ANIMALS INTO THE HOUSE with the exception of small dogs, never more than one per shift and exclusively in Room 1 (a supplement is required for this service).
16) COVID-19: Guests must comply with the regulations in force during the period of stay. Staying for quarantine purposes is not permitted at this property.
17) All the rooms are facing south with a panoramic view. Happy Holidays!
18) Access to the structure is denied to anyone who has not complied with payments due within the terms proposed by Capoggiolo or is not in possession of a valid identity document.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
For "Last minute" rate: Upon booking, the customer pays the total amount of the reservation. The sum is non-refundable.
For "Standard" Rate: When booking up to 30 days before arrival, a non-refundable deposit (20% of the total) must be paid. Balance of the remaining 80% not less than 30 days before arrival. In the absence of the balance within the deadline, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit retained. The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 30 days before arrival.

Dear Customer,
we wish to inform you, pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), that the processing of your personal data will take place with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights.
The treatment will also be carried out with the aid of IT means for the following purposes:
1. to fulfill the obligation set out in article 109 of the R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires us to register and communicate to the Police Headquarters the personal details of the guests accommodated;
2. to fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
3. to carry out the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to you;
4. to speed up the registration procedures in the event of your subsequent stays at Ca'Poggiolo.
5. to send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers.
We also wish to inform you that the provision of your data for the treatments referred to in points 1 and 2 is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host you at Ca'Poggiolo.
If you want the treatments referred to in points 3, 4 and 5 to be carried out, you must instead give us your consent. Consent may in any case be subsequently revoked by opposing the processing.
